Voyager/KK say that it doesn't, there's a system of credits or something that if you have enough credits (pwn too much) they let you play for free. You get credits by killing other people, I don't know they probably can explain it better than me.

My friend sent me a torrent and I tried it out a few months ago followed by 10gbs of mods for it. I gave up on trying to have fun in that game 2 days after I started it. I cannot understand how people enjoy it. I guess I'll give this a shot though.. hopefully it isn't as ridiculously as boring. :p

Ha, Freelancer. My friend sent me a torrent and I tried it out a few months ago followed by 10gbs of mods for it. I gave up on trying to have fun in that game 2 days after I started it. I cannot understand how people enjoy it.
