The person, who had feared for his life on so many nights before, awoke to the sound of his door slamming shut. It appeared he had been sealed in. "Finally, I can rest peacefully for a night." Those were the last words he said aloud before the figure moved from the shadows and struck him from behind. The surprise was rattling, and as the light quickly faded around him, all he could think of were the times he had almost died. He had been infected, he had been rigged, and now he was being assaulted yet again.

His last thought was the hope that maybe this would be another one of those times, maybe he would awake in the morning fully rested. However, long before that could happen, his attacker thoroughly ensured that Roy would never wake again.
