I hate how lame the new font is. It looked much classier before, but now they're using an arial-ish font, and it just doesn't look good. And yeah, the bouncing damage and shit is annoying as hell.

Latest patch summary:

1. Amumu, Alistar, Taric, Leona, Nunu all gain 1.25 MR per level.
2. Amumu buffed.
3. Annie buffed.
4. Cho'gath buffed.
5. Mundo nerfed.
6. Irelia buffed quite a bit.
7. Kog'maw slow nerfed.
8. Lee Sin nerfed.
9. Lulu nerfed.
10. Master Yi buffed.
11. Miss Fortune buffed a little. Ulti does physical damage now. (Thank God...)
12. Olaf nerfed a little.
13. Ryze completely changed. More like Annie, less like Ryze. Overall probably buffed. :/
14. Singed buffed.
15. Sivir buffed.
16. Soraka nerfed.
17. Talon buffed.
18. Udyr nerfed.
19. Warwick nerfed.
20. Other changes - towers deal less base damage, more to minions, more armor pen. (Good.) DFG/Morello's/WotA changed up a lot. More options for support. Expect Morde with DFG. Sunfire Cape returned to 40 dps.
21. Heal nerfed - 100 base heal down from 145. Less effective heal baiting, although it'll still be annoying.

I'm thinking it's time to buy myself some AD runes. Should I just go for the flat AD marks, or save some more for the AD/level marks? I haven't got any specific champs in mind.

I was going to look up that info sheet that Riot posted around Christmas but I can't find it... their news archives are hard impossible to search.

I seem to recall it was around 200,000 people on at any given time.

Apparently the bug with bouncing spells doing infinite damage if two or more people are in the same spot still exists. Search YouTube for ryze spell flux for one type of example (most recent video of it I found was posted just yesterday and had the new terrain textures).

Is anyone else annoyed by the new UI? Whenever I look at it I start going crazy because it looks like a five year old did it.

Here are a few things I've noticed that annoy me,

The gold display is off center,
Text seems to be fuzzier,
Usable items green border too thick? I notice this with potions so I dunno what's up.
On the team/enemy kills counter the green text is too dark so it kind of blends in with the black background.

You're not the only one disliking it. DM, Lingie, and I all were playing earlier and BAM the new everything hit us. The usable items border was a bit funky. Either too dark/too much, not sure which. The kills counter now has a minion portion, yay, and I didn't have a problem reading the green text so that might be you or your monitor. Didn't notice the gold display, but the text is definitely fuzzier. They don't use vectors, so that's to be expected. Especially when they shrunk everything down to a size that's far too small. Will be uploading a picture soon, for those who haven't seen it yet.

In general, I like the increased FPS. I also like the new terrain, though something about the bushes makes me want to vomit. But that's where the good part ends, for me.

EDIT2: That's on the very lowest settings, because I hadn't yet started a practice game to figure out the optimal settings since the patch.

The performance enhancements haven't affected me in any way, as I've already had a constant 60 fps at highest settings on 1920x1080 since getting my Radeon HD 6850 late 2010. Might be useful for those rare times that I play it on my laptop, though.
