I have uploaded a newer version of Scmdraft 0.8.0 to the following temporary URL:

This download has an updated text trigedit as well as main scmdraft application, with a few minor bugfixes. If no major issues are discovered the normal download link will also be updated with this version.

60.000 Triggers are possible now. D1 can double its trigger count... wohoo...
just the 304mb CurMap.chk file remaining after saving D1 with doubled triggers is annoying.

if you had told me about it earlier it would have been fixed earlier
I'm kinda wondering why some maps with a few sprites cannot be opened in SCMDraft as long as the Sprites exist.
Also, there should be an update so you could select more squares in the tileset index at once.

How should that tiles be placed on the map? what should happen if you select the first and the last one? What is improved with that?
The only sense that I can see would be that you are able to place a few tiles at 1 time (all selected tiles should be in a row under your mouse). but if you click a few times more often, you got the same tiles on the map. you can copy and paste them there. So I think there wouldn't make a real sense to have a feature like that.
btw, sry suicidalinsanity, I didn't know you are German or else I would have written a German e-mails. ;P
A couple suggestions off the top of my head:
Order recent maps by save and open, not just open.
Create some form of trigger grouping
Add a trigger find by comment name
It'd be so nice if I could just start typing the trigger comment name to get to it.
And less likely:
Add a find/find&replace function to the textual trigger editor

Yeah, the trigger editor definitely could have some work done it, maybe an autofill like SF, maybe even trigger files that allow comments and such when triggering, but aren't actually placed in the map.
One thing in terrain, could you make it so it has the ability to do Clutter % like in SF? It's actually a kinda nice feature, as I'd love to often turn off clutter altogether.

guys, start using notepad++ like me
(and tuxlar and hugel and maybe u reading this atm and one other guy maybe, too)
then u got comments, auto completition (with macros... just hit 2 keys for the action/condition). you don't need to rename your death count units because with the program I attached in another topic you can simply replace lots of strings/unit names with just 1 click.
And you can group triggers with it.
BTW, the value limit could be set to Starcraft's limit in classic trigedit. The Classic Trigedit's limit is 999.999.999 and starcraft's limit is or could be 2.147.483.647 if our wiki's information are correct.
