Pretty self explanatory. What are the most expensive things you own? Please avoid cars, housing, or property, as these are too common.
For me it would have to be my...
Carvin Fatboy Allan Holdsworth signature model guitar, with flame maple top, blackburst edges, and a sick-but-sensual red coloring, at around 1400 dollars.
My laptop at around 500 dollars. My amp was about 300 dollars. It's a Jet City 333 soldano cab without the head.
Also honorable mention is my DigiTech RP255 sound pedal for my amp at 150 dollars.
I think that's about the best of it.
Edit: You know what, forget computers too. Everyone here has one. Dig a little deeper for more interesting objects.

my car.
oh.
My computer is somewhere around $1000, depreciated to probably $600.
TV is $600.
I've also got $47000 in gold, but I don't think that counts...
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"
House, car, and the next up is probably just my computer, which would have a depreciated value of about $800 (top end of mid-range, from 2007, with a couple of upgrades).
Since you're now excluding computers, I actually don't know what the single most valuable thing I would own is. Probably my vacuum cleaner I guess. I don't really own a lot of stuff, since I'm focussing on paying my mortgage. Oh, possibly my leather la-z-boy recliner, original price was $800 IIRC.

None.
Disregarding those things...Let's see, I have a $500 printer, and a $500 camera (I think, it was a gift so I didn't buy this), and my sax is probably pretty expensive...but again, it was a gift, so I don't know the exact amount. I don't like buying really expensive things.
My degree cost about 50k, does that count?
EDIT: If we're going with anything over $150, then my couch was like $250, the tv was like $200-something....and then I have a DS, DS3 and Wii...

My car $1000.
My PC $1000.
No one is even reading the "don't mention your car or computer or home" thing.
Wacom Intuos tablet, $400.
My computer desk is probably worth like... $100-150. No idea, we bought it from a local classifieds website.
Can't think of anything else worth >$20.
None.
My furniture, my DSLR, my 3DS XL, my ION drum set for Rock Band (because all the cool kids have those, right...? Right...?), my TV, my various pairs of shoes, my iPhone, my old iPhone, my various Renaissance Faire costume pieces, my various steampunk costume pieces, my watch, and Staredit.net.
Oh and my car and my desktop and my laptop.

I have a Bamboo tablet, I wanted to get an Intuos but I heard that the nibs wore down too fast on the pens.
There is a Steinway M grand piano at our home which costs about $30,000 to buy new, but I think we bought it rebuilt for $24,000.
I got a Audio Technica ESW9 which costs $200 but my little brother got it for me for $80 on ebay.
None.
That'd probably be the trampoline I bought with my lifeguard money, and maybe the Xbox.
None.
My education probably.
Aside from that, if we're just talking dollar value, I don't own a lot of super expensive stuff, except maybe my saxophone which cost me $800 or so, but if we're talking valuable things, I have a challenge coin in my wallet from when I made eagle scout that I don't think I could put a price on. I have a tailored suit that actually didn't cost me a lot because it was handmade in China and I took advantage of the currency conversion. Those are probably what I consider my three most valuable things.
None.

On second thought. It is my Sax. It was about $700.
My bass guitar was relatively cheap, like $110 and my 25 Watt bass amp was $60.
