EDIT: Oh, also, you notice some tentacle looking things sticking out of the sand in the general area of the tunnel.

You run up to hug it, but your hand eye coordination is still off, so you trip and fall before you get there.

Chuck comes up behind you, that weird powder in his hand. "need some help?"

Snort his orange-flavored cocaine.

You try to inhale some of the orange colored dust, but he's too fast for you. Chuck pours a little bit onto his hand, and then blows it the monster. The monster stands still in time, each tentacle motionless.

"You must defeat this thing before we can move on." He leans against a cactus. You see long needles digging deeply into his skin, but he just ignores them. "Go on. I have all day."

Punch the monster in the eye-ball.

You suddenly feel different. You feel as if you could take on the entire world if you needed to, and the first thing in your way was the giant eyeball.

You take a running leap towards it, fist poised for attack. As you lift off the ground, full momentum behind you, you catch a glimpse at the activity in the tunnel. You see a person with a large head and funny hair staring dumbly in front of him, also stuck in time. But you don't have time right now to dwell on it.

Your fist connects with the monster's eyeball. It screams in pain as you thrust your fist into it's eye further, until it punctures. You are sprayed with a sudden burst of gelatinous goo. You lift back off, coolly hitting the ground in a crouching position.

The monster writhes in front of you for a little while before falling completely still in a final defeated groan.
