I use Flash because I suck and I need to get out of shitty situations fast.
Even though my flash isn't usually ready when I get ganked or am about to die.
It saves me once, but then I die 3 times in the 4 minutes in takes to cool down.
Flash is the most useful spell in the game, I use it on every champ I play because of it's capabilities as both an offensive and defensive spell, especially as an AP carry like Karthus or Annie.
Also, Caitlyn's earlygame -_-, a champ designed to shut her lane down early on then sit on her ass and twiddle her thumbs later because she doesnt do any damage lategame is pretty retarded IMO.

Caitlyn needs a buff BAD. Honestly if they'd lower her range and gave her an actual steroid Id be fine with that.
Flash doesnt offer as much as ghost, but is the most un counterable ability in the game, because the only way to counter flash is with another flash. You can stop ghost with exhaust, you can stop heal with ignite, you can stop clarity by just beating the shit out of someone, fortify by running, rally by killing it, revive by just offing the dumb bastard again, but flash, oh is that a different story.

Looks like spell vamp doesn't work with Bio-Arcane Barrage, unfortunately, so getting a gunblade on Kog isn't as effective as I thought it would be. Seems that spell vamp only works on damage related to hits from spells and not on-hit effects when you attack. However, I've heard spell vamp works on most damage spells regardless of damage type.

I was actually thinking that they could just introduce a low cooldown spell that silences summoner abilities for 3-4 seconds, maybe every 90 seconds.

I just realized that I build Kog very similarly to this "Rock Lizard" guide I found, even though I hadn't looked at it before (I'd only heard of the name), particularly the "classic" build that is listed first. Some key parts are that I go full attack speed runes just like as suggested in the guide and go for Malady and Wit's End before getting Madred's Bloodrazor, often not getting one at all if the game doesn't go long enough. My end-game items have been identical sometimes.

Why? Basically every champion has an ability that stuns/silences/throws you into the air/knocks you back and stuns you/something of the sort.

We KNOW its getting changed when they change how the jungle plays in a normal game (Also when red buff gets nerfed), but the actual date is beyond me.
