I think this misses a category: NATURAL
Which would probably be me. Except the first 5 I have very little "NICE guy" traits, although I AM a pretty nice guy.
Curiously I also don't have many "REAL guy" traits because many of them seem a little extreme. I'm no macho (I hate those ), but I do know my strengths.
Examples:
NEVER insecure... well USUALLY I'm not, but there may always be situations that catch you off-guard. Like that one time where a strange girl (not my type, strange body language, etc.) made an aggressive move towards dancing with me in a gay disco... really awkward situation, especially since my gay friend was enjoying himself someplace else...
Is ALWAYS in control of his emotions. I'm USUALLY pretty cool, but there's just things that do get on me. Cheating girlfriends, for example.

There's many more but I think you get the idea. Interesting read, but a little too black and white imo.
Hm just noticed if I don't take it too literally with these nevers etc. theres quite a few "REAL guy" traits that suit me. Not sure if it counts though...

Another thing I noticed about the test: It seems that it's biased towards adults. It's natural that you're insecure and jealous and all that when you're young. This is no problems for girls your age because they are the same. This should go away as the years pass by (starting at age 16-18) for you and and unfortunately also the tolerance from the girls for it. So don't miss the train to maturity.

That being said, I wish you an enjoyable evening and good luck with the girl, Oli. It seems currently you have nothing to worry about. As others have said, don't try to think too much. Just be yourself, enjoy yourself and everything will be fine. And please stay away from pre-made plans how to seduce her and whatnot. Just live in the situation and improvise. That's what humans are best at by nature.

Yeah, the book "The Sexual Key" goes over all that, it also goes over how women interpret language, how to turn women on with seemingly innocent language, etc. etc, basically, it makes sense out the nonsense that is women.

It's actually funny reading that list, because if anything I'm a slightly extreme version of the "real man" traits, I think my only issue might be the over-calling, which I'm trying to get under control. When it comes to women, and you're not intending on getting married or anything, it's always best to do a breadth first search, rather than a depth-first one, in other words, keep your options open, not just because you might not get the first girl, but because the sheer fact that your options are open and you don't feel any serious attachment to any one girl makes you even more attractive to them. It's actually kinda sad, really, but when it comes down to it, every time I've invested a lot of time, money and most importantly, STRESS on a girl, it ends up going badly, but whenever they're just a side-project, it goes perfect!

You can't base it off an experience with one person, that's a pretty insufficient sample size.

Generally speaking, the list is very much accurate. There will of course be some exceptions.

The realistic thing you could do is to be constantly afraid that she'll realize how unhappy she is, and leave you. But that would be a Nice reaction. A Real course of action in your situation would remain optimistic even as his relationship inevitably bursts into flame and explodes more spectacularly and horrendously than the Hindenburg.

You should have more than one date-quality outfit. Just pick out your clothes like any other day.

If it's not something you'd want to wear in public with her, then you shouldn't wear it in public at all.

Any real "Manipulator" would emulate the "Real Man" traits over the "Nice Guy" traits, or at least a healthy balance.

I find myself using roughly equal of both. I am needy but it has only been bad for me. I'm gonna start treating her like crap so she falls head over heels for me. It's all about balance.

It's all about give and take, do something nice to start but follow it up with something that shows slight disinterest, but nothing that would make them like you less. Girls go crazy over things they cannot have if they think they should have it. You make a girl see a good quality in you (being nice?), you convince her she has a chance with you and then show them disinterest on your part, it then becomes the GIRL's idea to be with you, not the other way around.

If you can romance a girl, tell her what she wants to hear, then you can go anywhere.

It was wonderful, in almost every sense of the word.
3 things happened that I think are important.

One: She seemed in charge of the whole thing even though I organized the date.
Two: She put her arm around me before I could put mine around her, and shortly thereafter kissed me during the love scene. Which surprised me, I didn't think girls kissed on a first date.
Three: She called me her boyfriend.

I think I'll have to see the movie again. Come to think of it now I don't remember much.
