i heard there was this program called MPQ Injector and you could inject mods into maps. i looked at scmdraft just now and i see there is data mpq's and you might be able to inject mpq's into the map. so yeah anyone know about this?
None.
This is what you're probably looking for:
http://shadowflare.samods.org/downloads/SCMLoader.htmlEveryone playing has to be running it for the mods to apply. Use WinMPQ to actually put the files in.
The MPQ file is where most of StarCraft's data is stored. It is read only by your computer; the "MPQ files" in SCMDraft simply show you what data is stored inside of it, so that you can utilize them (Play WAV, etc.).
Modifying the MPQ file does not modify the map, but rather modifies the data that is read by your StarCraft game engine. If you mod StarCraft and play something against someone who does not have the same mod, you will desync because the SC clients are trying to do different things, leading to different outcomes. You can "inject mods" by using EUD actions, but they are disabled in patch 1.16.1 (the current one), and requires an EUD enabler to run, which is an unofficial "mod" by itself and not yet an accepted standard.
Maps can contain mods (because they can be stored in extra data chunks provided by the format), but you need external software to load it. SC will not natively load the extra data.
tl;dr:
NO.
None.
so there is no way to make a mod and inject it into a map and have them see the mod when they just play the map without running the mod?
None.

Unless they have the SCMLoader hack, no.

Center location labeled 'Civilian' on Terran Civilian owned by Current Player at 'Anywhere'.
Issue order to all Arbiters owned by Current Player at 'Anywhere': Move to 'Civilian'.
Preserve Trigger.
Alternatively, use "Move Unit" instead of "Order" to move the Arbiter.
Your civilian is now permanently cloaked!

i need to have an arbiter on the map for this? i want it cloaked without having to fly arbiters to it. thats not really a glitch.

Last I remember, on SC 1.16.1, SCMLoader failed to load iscript.bin. That's what kept me from using it.
None.
