I am personally getting tired of having these things hanging in my eyes the whole day... moreover, it makes them look rather greasy (well, they are, but anyways!).

I have gone with long hair for quite awhile now. I can understand the need for change.
Long hair grows in responsibility as the hair itself grows.

You find yourself using more shampoo which, in-turn, requires you buy more of it more often.

It gets in your way on a windy day, or it gets in your way when you are trying to do something carefully. You have to constantly brush it away behind your ears, but it will pop back out annoyingly. So you put your hair into a ponytail, but then you remember ponytails on men are gay. It is funny, but true.

Long hair can be a monotonous thing at times. It is a style that few can pull off well.
I like to say for myself, that I do a horrible job with my long hair. Why I keep it is beyond me.

If you truly feel your hair needs change to better yourself, then I say change it!
There is no point to standing in the dark wondering.

Do not forget to update this thread with photos of your new haircut so we can all make fun of you for the lulz.

A trim is when you cut only the edge/fringe, without using a shaver. You just cut it with scissors and such.

Yes you have the facial structure to have short hair although me being hispanic and you being white we have different versions of "short hair" and so by short i mean the white mans version of short aka 3 inches ~

And I still think no. You're not the kind of guy who would like having short hair. Trust me and Lovel on this one...I get my hair cut about twice a year, and I hate it every time when it's short. Also, like others said, you don't have the face for it.

You look worse with shorter hair and worse when you smile. That being said, do whatever you want with your hair, because if you worry about looking good all the time, you'll never have any fun and you won't experiment. Attractiveness is a lot more about how your being than what you actually look like. I agree with that, but I dislike being judged and, you know, some people have SUCH a bad haircut you just don't want to talk to them... I am just afraid to look like that after.

I do not care that much about what people think about me... just look how retarded I look when I do my stupid faces... and these all have been Profile pictures on facebook and I haven't set any privacy limit (my math professor talked to me about my pictures today, how ironic!).

Sounds like you're only afraid of looking bad unintentionally. Cause then you don't have an excuse.

Personally I find a very specific short length of hair on guys extremely attractive, and outside that range, not so much. I think you could look good with short hair, but it'd have to be the right style.

And what is that right style? ;o
