Although, you have to ask yourself, why did he crop the picture so small? Is he hiding the edges and their horrible blockiness?

Thats what i was thinking too. Most likely the case because i think once you do a blend like that it ruins the isom pattern.

There's nothing outside but default dirt terrain. I just selected specific tiles and combined them. It took me less than fifteen seconds, regardless.

ᴄʜᴇᴇsᴇ ɪᴛ!

Does it have to go somewhere?

"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"

That one looks really bad.

I think rockz technically wins because I could see that being a tiny walkway into that temple structure.

It also turned out to be a pretty good cliff doodad too.

Better?
The bridge tile itself doesn't fit.

I think so too, but as far as for a working short bridge, mine wins :P

fuck you all

This may be the blockiest / longest of all bridges shown, also my first time trying to make (blend) a bridge:

This may be small, but very blocky inbetween bridges :(

Actually Inferno, it CAN get smaller than that by diagonals :P
Actually, applying the Pythagorean theorem, it's longer with diagonals. Remember In this case, it would be 1+1=2, and the square root of two is radical 2. Using a calculator, that rounds to 1.4. 1.4 > 1. :bleh:
Actually if the pieces existed it could get smaller than that by diagonals. Your math is correct but the answer you were looking for (the area) is not the answer this formula finds. a2+b2=c2 is used to determine the length of the side of a right triangle and in this case the hypotenuse(term used when for the longest side opsite a 90degree angle on a triangle).

so technically if the two right triangles making up this square were arranged to form a parrelogram they would have the exact same area as the square. To get a smaller area the hypotenuse must be smaller than square root of two. so two right triangles with a hypotenuse length of one would suffice as each one of their sides would be less than 1 and thus yield a total area of less than 1.

O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- below the minimap should be a thing that says "Overlay Settings" with a little + button in the corner, press the + to expand it, uncheck Use Defaults, then change "Tile Overlay" to "Height"

Sylph-Of-Space -- It would be so so so nice if SCMDraft had some kind of dedicated "walkability" view for the tilesets.
