We live in a society.

Usage of the :hurr:

should require that the user knows when it is actually proper to use it according to

(The other definitions are stupid and don't count because they aren't related to a facial expression or emotion.)

Violators misusing or overusing the smiley should be suspended for three days for a first offense and banned on the second. The overusage and improper usage of this smiley is absolutely apalling and must be curtailed immediately.
