Definitely one of the best arena type maps that I have played.

I just tested it (for the past hour or so...), and it never stopped getting better.

I only wish there was more...

Wondering: are you going to make it so that the players will ever see the Starport in the final version? I had no idea it even existed till about the 2nd or 3rd go...

If I ever get around to a final version, the screen will center on the starport for you to hotkey in the beginning. After you hotkey it, the screen will always center on the playing field.

To get the best gameplay out of it, you really need to learn well how both classes work. When both players are good is when it gets really fun.

This was a triumph! I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.

I've been waiting for a looooong time for a map epic enough to comment on like that. Over 9000 thumbs up. Now go finish it.

What a great arena map! I loved how the players are actually looking at two different "screens", that was really cool how that was done. The spells are fantastic, I love the frickin comets that come crashing down, and the epic lightning strikes! I REALLY want to see the rest of the characters! Great map!

Question: Do you have the other elements planned yet? If you haven't and ever need help with ideas, I have too many spell ideas and would be happy to give you some of them.

I have most of the spells planned out, but, as I said in the thread, the only reason I am posting this map is because I won't be working on it for awhile.

that map was fucking awesome lethal, I just played three times with kaias and it was so much fun. I really think the effects are great, the sound+graphical effects are so cool.

Only problem i found with the whole thing, lul. NEED MOAR NAO.

My only complaint is that it takes two button clicks to switch spells. Wouldn't it be more effecient to let the person hotkey 5 lings to signify the spells, (2-6), so to switch they just click one key and the click anywhere on the map to move it?
