you could change the page but the same files were listed all the time before)

DLDB Gods, DLDB Managers and Administrators now can delete comments and in addition to that a notice will be sent to the author of the comment.
Deleting a file now gives the submitter severity (how much or even if decides the dldb-god or admin)
