A hydralisk?
It would've been a perfect match if all Hydras had to turn into Lurkers, but that's not the case.

I'd go with Yoshi's idea of it being a robot. It works. :P

Back* from the grave

except for the drool, I woulda said sperm.
2 eggs= egg to make the man, then the egg the sperm is heading towards,
it uses a flagellum to propel itself.
digs also with the flagellum propelling itself through the egg's membrane
...but I don't think it can drool--nor does it have maws.

It can dribble though. :hurr:
EDIT: If this turns out right, I got a good one I just made up
EDIT 2: At least, the sperm was intended by nature to head to an egg...

>be faceless void >mfw I have no face

I have a feeling that the answer is a penis, 2 eggs below, y'know?

Red classic.

It does kinda work...I wish it would get confirmed already.

Back* from the grave

A penis doesn't m...nevermind
It "digs" into a woman [hopefully],
it has two eggs [if you count testicles as eggs],
it definitely can drool...and it can move on its own.
HA. I successfully perverted this thread...for a lil bit.
I was actually trying to give that as an honest answer too... ^^

Moves without legs.
Lifespan has two eggs.
Digs without claws.
Drools from it's maws.
A hydralisk?

Ding, sorry about the delay. I was away today :/

A lurker is a part of the hydralisk life cycle, even if not all hydralisks become lurkers.
Just like not all caterpillars become butterflies, some die prematurely.
But there will be no argument, that was the answer, we move on.

The maker doesn't want it, the buyer doesn't use it, and the user doesn't know he is using it.

What is it?

I hope the answer's not going to be "coffin", because besides that already being a well-known 'riddle'... the first two aren't even necessarily true.

Hydralisk is a standard form - a mutation into a lurker is possible, but not necessary. In your example, every caterpillar either becomes a butterfly or dies before that happens, which is not the same for Hydralisks.

Not only your riddle was vague, some others were as well. Guys, please think it through before posting. A riddle must have one undoubtable, undisputable answer. Otherwise its just a question or a request such as "Name an insect that has wings".

............lulz
and there's a more than 50% (way more) chance they are true.

EzDay go, or let someone else go

Ya, but like JaFF stated, the ambiguity makes it less interesting.
...
That, or it just irritates me on a really low level.

Eh. I had something in mind earlier, but forgot it. >.< Someone take my turn.

Not really, there's nothing else that really fits the bill, please don't argue the point, I even asked you not to.
