"Turning off the fun" won't remove your name color. It's been tested by me and NerdyTerdy. When we would exploit the edit post function to gain minerals, we would end up with a bunch of them. When we bought the name color, we had to re-edit the post back to their normal content. We ended up with a lot of negative minerals. A quick way to fix this was to reset them back to -150. We still have the name colors.
