Your use of Staredit Network ("SEN") and any services it offers are subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS") at all times, regardless of whether or not you read them. They may be modified at any time without notice. Your use of SEN constitutes acceptance of the TOS as well as any modifications made to it. You understand that you are also subject to other rules.

By participating on this website in any way, you assert that you possess a functional brain or a similar organic or inorganic counterpart. You agree that you will use it and that you will respond to logic. You also agree to play nice in the sandbox with the other children.

SEN administration reserves the right to, at any time, for any reason (or no reason at all), with or without prior notice, restrict your access to any and all parts of SEN, regardless of whether or not this TOS or any rules have been violated or not. You agree that you will comply with all actions and decisions of the administration. Binding interpretation and arbitration of the Terms of Service, rules, and FAQs is to be done by the administartion. The staff of SEN is not stupid (though we sometimes act silly), but we do sometimes make mistakes. Should any dispute arise, you agree that you will use the proper channels and formulate intelligent arguments. Furthermore, you realize that if your dispute angers us enough or causes a big enough scene, it will not matter how "correct" you are.

You are expected to report all bugs and exploits you discover on SEN through proper channels. Abusing exploits and loopholes are grounds for instant termination and/or removal of all accounts and access to SEN.

If you do not agree to be bound by EVERYTHING on this page, please do not register an account on this website.

You acknowledge that your membership on SEN exists because it is judged as or expected to be "mutually beneficial" to both you and SEN. SEN gives you something (access to features, databases, forums for discussion, etc) and expects something in return ("good" posting, content, maps, tutorials, reviews, etc). If, at any time, it is judged that it is not in SEN's best interest to maintain your membership, it may be terminated (blunt hint: no rule violations required), with or without notice.

By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have the permission of your parent(s)/guardian(s) to use this website. Furthermore, you also agree to behave as if you are 13+ years of age. Your account belongs to you and you accept responsibility for its security. You are advised to use a strong password, unique to this website. Accessing or attempting to access another's account without permission is a serious offense. Imitation or impersonation of another member is also a punishable offense.

When posting or submitting typed content, you understand that this website is privately owned and operated, and therefore Freedom of Speech (or your country's equivalent) does not apply, and you forfeit any rights to claim it. We reserve the right to reproduce, edit, move, or delete any and all content that you submit at any time, for any reason. We are not responsible and disclaim liability for any damage SEN may cause to your computer (hardware and software), feelings, brain, health, or social life.

Last, while these Terms of Service seem very harsh, we are usually nice and understanding people. (if you're nice and understanding to us, that is.) While it takes a lot to push us over the edge, it has happened in the past. We will not be walked over. We do not want to be told what we can and cannot do. We want to illustrate the main point that this website is a dictatorship. Thank you.
