That, and much more. You can trigger spells for greater flexibility, make 3D-systems and combine them with projectile systems to show a ball bouncing around an arena (a demo of a system somewhere), actually reacting to the angles at which it hits and bouncing appropriately.

Dota makes me cry. I've had insomnia since it over ran WC3/TFT :-P.

And the one "Snipers" map that came out sucked. -.-

A remake of "TAK" Paintball for sc would be awesome... if it's possible... should be.

Aren't Dragoons replaced by Immortals? Even though Dragoons are STILL in the Editor or as a secret seen in the Campaign, doesn't really mean they used as much as the Immortals since Immortals are default units.

You can still choose the model of the unit ingame...
And it's not a secret, it's a fully coded unit you can just throw into any map you please.
And my current map uses goons for humvees, so i was kinda speaking Before[SC1] and AFter[SC2]

I think it's stupid to plan things to remake when SC2 comes out. Planning to re-hash old maps when you could be making new and exciting concepts with a more powerful editor seems pointless.

Won't all SC2 maps be rehashed SC1 maps? I mean, what hasn't been done yet.
My map won't be like anything I've really ever seen. I was going to do it for SC1 but... yeah...

If by rehashed, you mean the same genres, then yes. There will be defenses, RPG's, and I'm sure a few others eventually. Trust me, the SCII capabilities will push what you can do all the way up, and you'll have maps with very cool spells, effects, etc, which will translate to awesome games because of what a scripting language allows.

I say, i just test around with the editor until i figure things out, then i work on a copy of my old maps, [or my currently in the making, Lurker Šefense Survival map] and give more stuff to add to it, like more Levels and what not, and then just make a map based on Resident Evil, not Bioject's version of it, just a tougher map that looks Almost exactly like the video game, and also include the various weapons and that stuff, like:

Player 1 brings exaclty one Shotgun to anywhere
Player 1 has at least 1 kill score
Player 8 brings exactly Zero Zombie to 1
Player 7 has suffered at most 6 deaths of Zombie
____________________
Modify deaths for Player 7 add deaths for Zombie to 2
Create one Zombie at 1 for Player 8

it may be buggy, but it works great, but think of how many monsters there will be on there when SC|| comes out!

Theres tons of stuff beyond the capabilities of the SC editor that haven't been made into a map or even a WC3 map. For example:
