Hand drawn gif!! Not exactly a master piece, but if you don't look too hard, it really looks like it's walking. Highlight to see it, stinking black background.

Hightlighting it doesn't help...

Crank up your brightness to da max, and if you're using firefox and the classic skin, highlighting it will make the background blue, and the gif will be a slightly darker blue.

I'll put in a white background once I'm allowed to get bigger avatars. Hmm, guess I could try setting the finished gif to monochrome, that might make it fit.

At least take some photography class and let them pose differently, their heads are huge! And the picture you posted (Not the avatar), she has too much hair covering her forehead. And she has too much cosmetics around her eyes.
