layin' in the cut

Mobile Designer? Interesting...

Looking at the other Job Opps here: Job Opps it looks like Blizzard is making 4 games right now, StarCraft 2, Wrath of the Lich King, a DS or PSP game (I say DS) that I bet is SC or WC2, and an unannounced MMO, my guess is Diablo 3.

They are not looking for people for a hand held system, they are looking for people for cellphones. And no, its not going to be the tragic second failure of a Blizzard RTS off the computer, it will most likely be porting, remaking, or making a sequel to one of their previous console games. Most likely the Lost Vikings since that game would play well on a phone and its already been ported once.

As for Diablo 3, lol keep wishing.

As long if Diablo III is the following:
  • Free
  • Same Diablo II camera, not third-person
  • Nothing WarCraft III related
  • Uses the same inventory system (Bigger items takes more space), unlike WoW
  • More Classes
  • No ability to play around other races

Diablo II camera is third-person, isn't it..? And what do you mean no ability to play around other races?

I believe "free" is disappearing from the gaming world. Or at least the MMO world. What would the storyline of Diablo III even be?

Third person as in the camera is right behind the character. The way we see it in both Diablo games, it's a bird eye's view. And I mean there shouldn't be an option to play another race where World of WarCraft, you have a selection between Horde and Alliance. And exclude Xbox Live service if you're counting every other game (And there really is an MMOFPS game coming out on Xbox 360), and there are plenty of MMORPGs (And new ones) that have free service.

The location of the camera doesn't matter. It's still the view of a third 'person'. First person is the person that's doing it (shooting, usually), second person is the person that it's done to and a third person is someone who's watching it.

Bah, shh... :><:

And I know what second person is, no need to mention it.

Having other races in Diablo wouldn't make any sense at all in the storyline...

ya, and hell I would want to have to pay a monthly bill for Diablo 3. Infact, I hope it's at least 50$ a month, so that I'll be less likely to be having to play with little kids and teenagers.

I find it worse that ADULTS would be playing MMORPG's than "little kids and teenagers."

Nobody would bother paying $50 a month. Only idiots would, even if it's the best game as a fact.

If you want free, go back to playing runescape :P.
50 bucks a month is way over the top.. thats like (50 * 12) 600 dollars an year! I could get a PS3 with that money.
