Moose -- Of course. I'm sure there's other improvements to be had as well.
[2014-8-02. : 3:47 pm]
jjf28 -- EUDs and SCMLoader would dominate that list
[2014-8-02. : 3:47 pm]
Moose -- Heinermann once put together a 3rd Party Patch (3PP) that did a bunch of cool things locally while retaining full bnet compability even with people not using the patch. It was nice though it couldn't do very much.
[2014-8-02. : 3:45 pm]
Moose -- (Or attempted to remake the game but better and more modernized)
[2014-8-02. : 3:45 pm]
Moose -- IMO, I'm surprised we haven't thrown together one big patch/mod of great things that everyone agrees to use for compatibility that improves the game and extends mapping capability
[2014-8-02. : 3:44 pm]
jjf28 -- i'm guessing blizzard wrote their own reliable UDP downloads optimized for routers at that time; so it'd prolly have to be rewritten entirely
[2014-8-02. : 3:43 pm]
jjf28 -- wonder if we could patch map download speeds...
[2014-8-02. : 3:34 pm]
Moose -- Hell, if I can execute arbitrary code, there's some things I'd like to try in maps myself.
[2014-8-02. : 3:34 pm]
Moose -- To be fair, though, SC:BW survived all of those things and it will probably survive this as well.
[2014-8-02. : 3:33 pm]
Moose -- There is great potential for good. Unprotectors had that, too.
[2014-8-02. : 3:29 pm]
jjf28 -- doesn't mean it never happened ofc but there's some inspiration
[2014-8-02. : 3:28 pm]
jjf28 -- the community benefits greatly from the mods and i've never heard of any abuse
[2014-8-02. : 3:28 pm]
jjf28 -- I know exe running exploits to work inside halo maps
[2014-8-02. : 3:27 pm]
jjf28 -- "Though in this case, it already appears to be happening." yoons sets a bad example :(
[2014-8-02. : 1:40 pm]
NudeRaider -- Though I doubt they'd be faster at providing the glasses because they are usually made specifically for the customer
[2014-8-02. : 1:39 pm]
NudeRaider -- I once was an Apollo customer too. Wasn't happy with their service. Now I'm with Fielmann. Quite classy service and not expensive.
[2014-8-02. : 12:55 pm]
Generalpie -- I feel like a senior citizen
[2014-8-02. : 12:55 pm]

[2014-8-02. : 12:39 pm]
Generalpie -- It'll take Apollo 2 weeks to make me new ones.
[2014-8-02. : 12:39 pm]
Generalpie -- I broke my glasses ;w;
