Nah bro I did say I lost pretty much every other match. Although I'm the one who didn't stick to their favorite character. I said I played with over 8 different characters, some of which still have either their defualt decks or decks with one of every card because I was testing out all of that characters move pool.

I play a better Youmu now than before I played Yuyuko.

SW's Youmu is definitely better than mine. His Yuyuko needs a lot of work though. He should main Youmu.

Actually, the soku wiki isn't well maintained. It might be a good idea to do what you suggested, MZ.

Here's a protip:
If you frequently lose matches while waiting on a chance to perform a 5-card (or 4-card, etc.), try to simply either use it (if it's not punishable) for guard-break, chip damage, etc. or to simply use another card that can help immediately.

Remember when Aristo used to play okuu with mostly all 4-5 cards. wutta noob.

When you used to play okuu with 4-5 spellcards? My defualt deck okuu would slam it so hard errday.

fuck training 1-2 characters. It's all about sucking slightly less with a lot more characters.
If it makes you feel better I just play and go at it like every game is my first game. I don't go over anything or study or even attempt to do block strings. I'm too lazy to soku srsly. It's too much work. I just want to loli.

You should try pulling out theatrical combos or unusual decks then. As soon as I get my pc back I will grind some theatrical combos. >:T

Speaking of timing. how the fuck does Youmu's 421 work? I almost never land the triple combo thing. It's like I do the next 421 too son or too late and it always comes out awkward. Sometimes the first tow hits are fast but the last one I have to do 421 twice to get it out. Is their liek a "sweet spot" or exact timing when you do that move? I don't play youmu so I don't care but still. It just bugs me. I guess I just suck. ;_;

Youmu doesn't have a 421, it's a 214.

It's a three-part move; after the first hit connects, you need to input 214B/C again for the second hit to come out. If you do the input before your sword slash hits the enemy, it gets ignored. You spam 214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B214B, so it won't work.
