As the other'd mentioned, the town idiot's role is to get himself killed. Informing all that his death is a complete waste of anyone elses' turn is completely contrary to his role...

Or tries to get himself killed, theoretically. Although Nerdy puts to question whether he's just a bad mafia, or doesn't care to play his role as he's supposed to.

Or it could be a clever scheme to get everyone to think he's a bad mafia, causing him to get lynched.

Walking down the street, construction debris from an ancient construction crashed down upon omginbd, flattening him. Sheets of metal pounded him into the ground. Written all over the sheets of metal were various calculus equations and geometric diagrams. The event was brought to an abrupt end when the mafia throwing down the sheets of metal fell off the building himself. He was still alive thanks to his slow, but effective, mafia getaway helicopter.

Walking past the local school, FatalException met his demise. He didn't see his attacker, but rather felt a strange pain, and looked down to see a gaping hole through the center of the chest. FatalException lived a good life, but collapsed and died before he could even cry out in pain.

Outside the makeshift temporary graves holding the recent pileup of corpses, the dead weren't resting easy. One pissed off Merrell popped out of the ground. Before he saw it coming, NerdyTerdy had Merrell's teeth tearing through him. NerdyTerdy was mauled to death and Merrell, appeased, returned to the earth for good.

Coming home from a late night movie, Centreri found himself face to face with a gunman carrying a hot branding iron. Centreri was shot twice and collapsed to the ground, dead. Brandishing the preheated branding iron, the mafia thrust it into Centreri's chest and stomach. The text branded on to the corpse read "1980".

The last victim of the night was A_of-s_t, who was driving around in his ambulance sipping cognac. As he approached an intersection, the traffic signal pole fell. He was crushed, blood camoflauged by the traffic light's red signal aura. He was pinned, and knew he would be a dead man soon. Giving up, he felt his life slip away into darkness.

The town wakes up and finds the dead bodies continue to pile up. They go to the town hall to express their "do not want".
