Awesome work, especially the thing on the high-dirt itself, it blends perfectly.

Are you guys being sarcastic? It's the most unblended blocky thing I've seen.
Sure, it's blocky, but It's still sweet.
8/10.

It's slightly blocky with minor height problems. But that's easily fixed. Besides. Not everything can be seamless.

The idea itself is neat, but it isn't very well done.
Still a nice show-off

(But too much blocky, IMO)

I feel Like I'm looking at a Jackson Pollock painting, and everyone around me is astonished by something that looks like an uncoordinated mess to me.

I couldn't see any major blocks that really spoil it. A few minor ones but not bad. It's pretty good IMO.
Red classic.

Just here for the activity... well not really
I don't get what the concept is. Stacked structure cliffs?

"Oh, I see it"
Looks to me like the concept is metal jammed into cliffs.

I believe the terrainer has to make a choice, follow the concept and ignore the blocks? For example; Krayzee's terrain:
Or comprimise and lose originality, like Excaliburs terrain:
both of those pieces are great but I think the best terrainers are those who can balance these two aspects.

I don't care if this isn't original. He laid it out nicely and it looks fantastic. But i do agree with you about the best terrainers.

Anyone has an in-game screenie?

Only if you zoom in.
Now the question is, is the map this is going to be on going to be a map where they viewer will be zoomed in a lot (such as a slow paced RPG) or won't be so zoomed in (hls for instance).
Now personally I don't like this piece, because the contrast between the metal cliff stuff and the high dirt isn't pleasant to look at. Nothing to do with the blockiness.
