It is early morning, the sun has not yet risen. DeVouReR can’t sleep. Not only is he nervous, he is also hungry. He reaches for the plate with sweets and eats some. He suddenly falls asleep, only to wake up tied to a chair in his living room. A man with oddly dyed hair stands in front of him, monumental and cold as death itself. He then calmly proclaims: “The undeserving to live must die.” DeVouReR struggles to get out as hard as he can, but it is no use. The man takes out a hammer and beats DeVouReR to death.

My avatar has colored hair as well, but only Almost Alive's avatar has
obviously dyed hair.

I never said that my avatar didn't have dyed hair; I just said that Almost Alive's avatar is blatantly dyed (as Ashamed has said, white/grey hair isn't usually considered unnatural, whereas pink is).
I would think that Ashamed's avatar is more relavent to the part about the "cold as death" part more than the dyed hair part. I have no clue what Ashamed's avatar is, but it looks kind of.... "cold as death"
And Ashamed, before you get all up tight and defensive about clues against you, I didn't even vote for you, I'm just throwing out ideas that may help.
Final Fantasy 7. His name is Sepiroth. He wields the Masamune, and is the only one who can "wield" it in that universe. Hes the main evil in the world, after Shinra, and he plans on destroying it with the Black Materia; it summons Meteor, a world ending spell in this game. Origionally, he wasn't at all evil, until he found out that Shinra had genetically created him from JENOVA cells, and he went balistic, killing everyone in his path until Cloud Strife and the remainder of the party stopped him at Norther Crater (which went to the center of the planet).
I could write down an entire story about the game, but I'll let you look it up from here.

How would any of that avatar be cold as death, if you didn't even know what it represented.
In ways im pretty sure that almost alive= mafia so my votes on killing him with no investigation, that clue points right at him pretty much.

I too believe that the clues against
Almost Alive are undeniable. I too will cast my vote for him to suffer the lynchage.

Not to sound like someone jumping aboard a bandwagon, but I also vote to
lynch Almost Alive. I'm voting to lynch him for a few reasons:
First, I think NerdyTerdy's interpretation of the "optimist in life" clue is valid.
Second, a line from the first set of clues:
He looks at Mini Moose 2707 and notices his every blink, every movement
which matches Almost Alive's description: "You're manually breathing now. Also, you notice every blink."
And last but not least, the dyed hair.
