I updated all the entries and added a link to the Selection Systems wiki in the Potentially Helpful Concepts list. The article needs a lot of work and updating, but its still pretty good.

Well guys, it's the end of June. That means the year is half over. Where's everyone at on their maps? I'm curious to see some good stuff in production. ONLY 6 MONTHS LEFT!!!!!

Lol I'd join but whenever I start making an RPG, I always run out of steam, every single time, for like at least 10 RPGs. Maybe I make them too big for me to handle.

I find that discussing and exchanging rpg ideas and details helps get me in the right mind frame to not only continue my campaign but make it more creative. This is perhaps one major reason that tempts me to try to make an RPG Challenge channel for Battle.net; a place to exchange ideas and help each other with technical issues. The more successful maps, the better for everyone.

And yes.. the deadline is halfway expired. I might send out reminder PM's to all contestant signups sometime soon.

I didn't see any rules about making multiple maps for a series. Is it allowed? I might have to split my map into 2 or 3 maps.

Go ahead; I'm doing this very thing.

The sword and the faith

I'm going to make a simple 96x96 map and it will probably be one of the only ones that gets done. :P

Great. If anyone feels that they don't have the time or capacity to make a huge map but think they can make a good small one, I encourage it. You can always up the size if you find you have more to add anyway.

A good question- maps can be submitted at anytime throughout the year. If you do submit a few months early and then decided to enhance it feel free to resubmit before the deadline.

:payne:

I'd suggest you to submit it to some close friends and look up for errors and then post it at the due date so people can actually remind how your map was and rate it correctly based off the same basis as for the other maps.
You probably didn't understand what I've said, but anyways :P

Btw, 96x96 is very good! Remember ''So It Begins" ;)

EDIT: It'S 128x128, but anyway xD

Kaias, could you putade my RPG's name? And add my thread? ^^
Also, you have a slight error in the RPG list: you forgot a ''-'' before the linked ''X'' of the last RPG listed ;)

P.S. Sending a PM to all contestants and asking for news would be cool so you can update the list based off the one that have abandoned :D

NudeRaider -- PSA: ASUS apparently decided their RMA department needs to "become profitable" and for a while now outright tries to scam customers. They were called out on it a year ago, promised to change, but didn't. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pMrssIrKcY so my recommendation: Stop buying ASUS, and if you already have and need something RMA'd, make sure to not let them bully you into paying.
