ᴄʜᴇᴇsᴇ ɪᴛ!

Energy levels associated with electrons in an orbital. I believe it's the amount of energy required for the electron to leave the atom. I honestly don't remember what the * represents.

However this is doubtful due to 3p being a lower energy than 2s in the graph.

OK, it's been 3 days since I posted the puzzle. The correct answer was the molecular orbital configuration of H2O.

Rockz, you should go.

Ben Frank Butler, wrote the 1871 Klan Act.

He was also 33rd governor of Massachusetts, was a member of the house of reprentitives for THREE different districts, was a member of the Democrat AND Republican parties, as well as the Greenback party, reached the rank of Major General in the Civil War for the North, and along with Republican Senator Charles Sumner, he proposed the Civil Rights Act of 1875, a seminal and far-reaching law banning racial discrimination in public accommodations.
