Naw, my school offers AP, and I'm not a junior yet.

I'm doing it next year when I start high school.

I finished my exams last week.

HL History, HL English, SL Biology, SL Math. I dropped HL Chemistry and SL French.

I wrote my bio exam on options we didn't do in class, and there's still a decent chance I'll get a 7. XD.

IB is the most fucking worthless thing in the world if you want to go to school in North America. And I will never stop resenting my parents for having me do it.

Did you need to get 150 hours of community service?

I didn't need to, but I have > 300 anyways, so it doesn't matter. I also didn't need to take Theory of Knowledge, or write an Extended Essay.

Can someone explain in greater detail what this is? I googled it and came up with... something... but it wasn't 100% clear what it really was.

Wow, that's what more detail is... I found that. I wanted to know what kinds of classes they were and why the hell anyone would take one.

You take advanced courses -- more advanced than AP. Most courses are supposed to be two years. You get an I.B. diploma along with your high school diploma that is recognized around the world. Most colleges take your I.B. test as college credit and so on.

I think IB is a step above AP

It depends on what you consider harder: knowing tons of misc. facts (AP), knowing concepts and how to apply them (I.B.)

If you take as many AP tests as I have, they all integrate and get easier. AP all the way.

I personally hate AP tests after experiencing what an I.B. test is like.

Except North America.


I know more misc. facts than you, or anyone either of us have ever met, and I didn't do AP.
