Superman is INVINCIBLE except to kryptonite, which Goku doesn't have. Goku can still be hurt.
Stupendously durable, not "invincible". I watched a relatively early episode in the Dragonball series when I was bored, and destroying mountains was "lolwut?" And, of course, every story arc has to involve an enemy that's OMGWTF10x stronger in order to be a challenge, which means that every story arc, Goku has to become OMGWTF11x stronger.
Superman can shoot lasers out of his eyes.
Lasers which typically take a few seconds to melt steel. DBZ's universe involves energy balls that would vaporize it instantly.
Remember, superman is so fast he could move in such a way Goku couldn't even see him to teleport in time
For some reason, Superman always seems to punch so slowly it can be seen. In DBZ, attacks are thrown at rates that would make a hundred stacked Cracklings cry.
Superman could go after his loved ones and force him to surrender, whereas very few ppl know Superman is Clark Kent.

They would never do those things because they are nice and don't want anyone else to be hurt. Oh, and Superman would win because of lazers coming out of the eyes and not being able to die because Goku doesn't have kryptonite in his universe.
