That's decent quality, Olimar. Whatcha using? And also, might wanna enable mouse capture, just to make it look better. Oh, and btw, your frame capture rate could be off. The playback looks too fast, or the capture is too slow. Ideal capture & playback is ~24, because anything more and the human eye won't always see it and it's a waste of quality/size/whatever.

Camstudio horribly lags my computer, and/or doesn't capture at a steady rate (aka many missing frames). Camstudio is more designed for tutorials and whatnot, whereas WeGame (judging from its website and download procedure) is more game-oriented. Testing out on a practice game soon, even though I don't see any option to record mouse, which is stupid.
