LOL - Major op SEN spam (Topic)

I picked a bad time to abuse my SEN bot access didn't I? I could've helped out and banned all these bots LOL.

In a channel flooding banning the bots does nothing. Locking the channel does but op sen is not a clan channel anyway.

Yeah, that looks like those bots who use proxies and get a new username, banning them would do nothing anyway.

There are bots that have specific functions to counter things like this. I don't know which bot SEN is using or who is running it but they need to step their game up.

Eh, loading a channel does absolutely nothing unless done 24 hours a day for weeks. Give it an hour or two and the idiot doing it will get bored of his own self-obsession.

If Blizzard ever proposes a $10 lifetime fee for each account, please vote yes. It is ridiculous that they allow this to happen. The best we can do is wait it out because they spam faster than we can ban. (Battle.net's flood control disallows us from catching up.)

If you're worried about ops, just get a bot that can load scripts, and write your own scripts.
If you're worried about spam, write a filter for the [Starcraft] client.

I remember when Op SEN had a similar problem few years ago. I'm sure it's a once in a few year thing. We don't really need a Clan SEN because Op SEN is just a channel and it wouldn't really hurt us that much. I'm sure we can find some other channel to host map night in.

If we do make a clan channel, I can load some bots to help make it. Does FaRty have a wc3 client?

Farty has a clan of his own, of course he can set up a clan channel.

Clan channel would allow us to lock down in case of flooding, I support this.

The downside of this is that wc3 bots cannot be on for more than 1-5 minutes. Warden got us good.
There is some solution on stealthbot but it lags up the computer.
