Disney isn't the problem, really, it's parents. Specifically, those who think like this. Every generation is having more and more restrictive parents, I'm sure most of us have noticed this. With our parents when they were children, it would just be, "Go play, be back by dinner." Now, it's, "Who are you going with? Where are you going? Do you have your cell phone? Is it charged? Be home by curfew, or else." Kids will be kids, and if you did it when you were their age and you aren't insane, chances are that they'll come out the same.

Well Cars was more of a Pixar thing, and Pixar seems to be the only thing keeping Disney alive film-wise.

Disney will always have their theme parks, amazing merchandising campaign, and screwed up DVD re-releasing schedules to make them tons of money, anyway.

Well apparently is was easy enough to make out for most people, seeing as how Disney had the shot removed in later versions of the film.

There's like thousands of these. According to what I've read, they weren't paying the artists and animators enough so they encrypted porn into movie reels, wrote dirty words in the anims, and drew obscene pictures(penis's are on the walls of ariels underwater castle, and the priest on the ship has a huge hard on). The fact is, disny is a capitalistic corporation. Disney may like kids, but since he's gone, people have lost the dream...

These sequel movies sicken me, almost every single one is basically a bunch of TV episodes, they might as well start a TV series of each movie, rather than making a Cinderella 2: Dreams Come True, or a Tarzan and Jane, or a Tarzan 2, the only 2 good sequels Disney has ever put out, IMO, are The Little Mermaid 2, and Lion King 2, I also enjoyed Lion King 1 and 1/2, but meh.

When it comes to new movies, Pixar is the only reason Disney is pulling it off, Pixar is amazing, Disney sucks. <3 Wall-e

Who cares, Disney makes movies for kids and kids are too young to know whether a movie is really good or not.

It's almost everything media not just disney, thats just splitting hairs. Personally i think spongebob overrides that gland in your brain and makes kids gay.

The Lion King, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast are my three favorite Disney animated movies. I rather enjoyed the Great Mouse Detective, but it never got the amount of attention the first three did.

The problem with kids movies are that you still have to make them mildly enjoyable to adults, since they have to sit through the same movie, or leave their kids alone while they go watch the Dark Knight, which is 2x as long as the kids' movie.
