I've always wondered if you could make build times set to 0.5, or something like that.
In StarEdit, 1 build time is actually 15 ticks. If you use SCMDraft2, it shows the proper build time.
Thus, 1 in SCMDraft2 build time is actually 1/15 build time.

But would such 1/15 of a second show up truly as 1/15 of a second?

I think Starcraft Campaign Editor rounds down to 0.

think it's rounded up to 1/8 game second. Because when you spam build such a unit you won't really manage to fill the queue and if you always remove one such unit with hyper triggers the units won't mass up in front of you factory.
