I've played it some time ago. Unfortunately my lust for blood got me killed in the early stages of the game. Crushing civilans with your car was the most fun part.

I wish the cops would come with more force sooner. Its like they dont care until 20 or more people are killed. Then again, I was on the southside next to the docks.

Theres something extremely weird with this map. Nobody can join my game when I host it. I had a friend try multiple times, even in a simple two-letter name/pass game name. Any other map I can host just fine, without rejoining b.net or anything. I host spaceship combat, astrogears, civilization... Anyone else got this problem with this map?

The map is quite big but it shouldn't cause the problem. Try hosting it public, just to test. The map works for me though. If you find the problem please post.

Yea, the map has some character in the title or something that doesn't let you to join the game, you can still play alone though. When it was released it worked but then SC was patched and now it doesn't .The thing is I don't have the map anymore, the only version I got is this and the [i]legendary[/i] OSMAP screws it when I unprotect it. I remember that I asked LW to add some kind of custom protection to it as the regular ones screwed the map. It's just to big with too much of different stuff inside. I don't know is LW still around somewhere but I'll try to contact him and fix the problem. Thanks for notifying me of the problem.

My upload speed is 20 kbps, so... no :P just use the first version of OSMAP -- it was the first release that I used.

I used the one program that allows you to change the title of the map and remove the pesky characters so I could play mulitplayer. I forget what it was called, however. I really like this map because it employs the same sandbox, do what you will style of the actual GTA games. It was fun getting really high wanted levels and then hiding out in the zaibatsu hideout and just let them do all of the work. When most of the gangsters died out, however, I perished in agony. When I did the mission where you have to steal the LCPD Tank, I had literally 2 HP left when returning to the Zaibatsu hideout. I think something it was missing was gang members patrolling the streets in cars, and they come out when an enemy is near, but the AI would be pretty hard to program for a whole 256x256 city.
