I thought this, too. On fastest speed one game second occurs every 8 DCs or 16 frames while a real second occurs every 12 DCs or 24 frames, so it might be that the higher counter was game seconds and the other was real seconds. That math wouldn't make sense for the difference between 48 minutes on the game clock and just over 21 minutes on the post-game clock though..
