At my school there's a competition called assassins. Each person signs up with an order of what type of water gun they want (any combination of 1 small or 1 large, multiples, or one of each) and pay a small fee. You are given a name of someone else who signed up, and you have to find them and shoot them.
Rules: 1. No shooting in academic buildings, the person's room, or the personal transit system. 2. If your target shoots you first, he is given 12 hours of free time that he cannot be hit. 3. If you don't get a kill in two day's time, the angel of death will look for you and shoot you, putting you out (cannot be delayed by rule #2) 4. If you don't get a kill in a week, you're out automatically.
I've been shot at by my assassin already. I was walking from my dorm (I guess he was stalking me without me knowing? I have no clue. I didn't see anyone following me and my facebook pictures are not under the name i signed up with) and a guy starts saying my name behind me, calling out to me... I had my gun in hand. I turn around and expertly shoot at him while running the direction I'm not facing. I stop shooting and bolt down the rest of the hill, losing him. Later I see him walking down the hallway of my room saying how he wants to get me. He notices I'm popping my head out and says "oh there he is!" He compliments my adeptness at being a badass.
I still don't have a good idea what he looks like, he was wearing a full tiger pattern suit and it was hard to see his face. I asked his name and he said to call him "tiger".
I left a note at my target's door telling him to be out of bed and out of his room by 6:00 AM, when the game started. Lol.
Winner gets 300 dollars. How do I win this?
"If a topic that clearly interest noone needs to be closed to underline the "we don't want this here" message, is up to debate."
Find a hidden place around the campus, preferably close to where you think your target will go, and do a stake-out with a friend until your target comes along. Then BLAST ON FOOLS.
I mean how do the people running the game know that you've shot your enemy? Otherwise you could just say that you shot him, even though you didn't shoot him.

They'll be wet. Plus, TiKels isn't in kindergarten.
My school plays this with highlighters and a whole bunch of rules basically forcing to kill your target in a stealthy way. The person who usually wins is the kid who stays away from everyone and doesn't even try to kill others. But that is so boring.
The CS club I'm in is doing this, except we have to throw socks at each other. Last year one guy taped a sock to his shirt and surprise hugged his target from behind.
FIRST, you obtain one Assassin robe. Next you find a crowd of women or people praying and walking in a group. Surround yourself in their group and match their movements, slowly creeping to your target.
ENGAGE MUSIC
Watch your target, but dont give him the idea hes about to be jumped. Maneuver around him, watch his exits cautiously, and wait to see if he makes a move. Once you know he doesnt see you, walk slowly behind him. Get close and take him out.
ENGAGE MUSIC PART 2
Obviously now you've been seen. Holster your weapon and proceed to run. Find the nearest climbable building and get on top that fucker fast. Avoid rocks passers-by and guards might throw at you. At the top, locate an ironically placed wagon filled with hay and leap of faith into it. Then wait for the guards to go away. Then proceed to your dorm room, eager for your next mission.
Also dont believe in any of those pieces of eden shit, its what the other team wants to make you think they're after.
