It was already made pretty clear that Roy was Mafia, so no real surprise there. He used whatever ability to save Mouse from the lynch yesterday, and didn't call a double lynch before suiciding, which I find pretty incriminating.

My guess is the Mafia plan to say Mouse must be innocent because Roy was trying to lynch him. If that was the case, Roy would have used the triple lynch before he died. Instead, he allowed Mouse to live.
