[Mixed Base] AI Scripts not working properly?

Okay, so a my computer AI scripts aren't working quite correctly, or are they?

What I noticed is that the Terran computer isn't upgrading or researching anything, even with operation cwal on. They aren't even researching Stim, Siege Mode, Vulture upgrades, etc.

However, here are a few things to note:

The base that the Terran are in is a mixture of all 3 races, however each race is strictly controlled by 1 computer, so every Terran unit belongs to a Terran computer, etc.

There are no land routes at all connecting the computer's base with the player's base.

The correct AI Scripts (in this case, Expansion Campaign Medium) are being used correctly for each race.

All of the Terran buildings are on creep.

Now my question is, is the AI Script screwing up because of the fact that the computer's base is mixed in with other computers of different races, including Zerg so there's creep everywhere, or does medium AI always behave this way (or does AI in general behave like this on island maps)?

I've attached the map in question in case any of you want to download it to see for yourselves. The map requires an editor similar to SCMDraft2 to view properly, as I've changed colours around. Note that while the entire computer base appears to belong to red, the Zerg, Terran, and Protoss are players 1, 2, and 4 except all given the same colour to make it appear like it's only 1 computer.

This should probably be ok in general, remember there were several terran/zerg levels in Broodwar. Of course campaign levels can have crafted AI to avoid any of those issues, so it could be worth investigating those AI's as well.

I figured it should work just fine. I mean, I've made multiple levels where I've had Zerg and Protoss bases merged together (each race controlled by a different CPU player) using standard AI Scripts.

I'm wondering if Terran works properly with this.

The problem with using the Brood War AI is that it relies on the CPU having certain buildings in certain places as well as the map architecture, so it won't work with what I'm trying to accomplish.

I just find it weird that they're not using their upgrades properly yet they are producing units and attacking the player like normal. Perhaps CPU AI behaves a lot differently on island levels, but who knows. I was just wondering if having Zerg creep around the CPU's buildings bugged out part of the AI unless it used specific Brood War AI seen in Z8X (To Slay the Beast).

I'd say it's probably just the way the medium AI behaves. Try a different AI and see if the results change?
