Corbo -- Mini Moose 2707
Mini Moose 2707 shouted: Why do people still use nerd as an insult? It worked in the 1980s and 1990s, now nerds just get science jobs and make fat AF $tack$. Good AF time to be a nerd LMAO
Shut up nerd
[2017-3-28. : 2:54 am]
jjf28 -- they already took away all of our p9+ dcs
[2017-3-28. : 2:54 am]
jjf28 -- uhh bro
[2017-3-28. : 2:54 am]
outlawpoet -- I was being ironic

[2017-3-28. : 2:54 am]
outlawpoet -- just limits the number of available dcs
[2017-3-28. : 2:54 am]
outlawpoet -- nah, the extended units will be
[2017-3-28. : 2:53 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- why would DCs be removed?
[2017-3-28. : 2:53 am]
jjf28 -- who said anything about removing death counters?
[2017-3-28. : 2:53 am]
outlawpoet -- something less nerdy plz
[2017-3-28. : 2:53 am]
outlawpoet -- let's talk instead about the removal of EUD/extended supply and its impact on maps, specifically removing death count variables
[2017-3-28. : 2:53 am]
outlawpoet -- fuckin' nerds
[2017-3-28. : 2:52 am]
Moose -- Brushing up your C# for SC#X Studio
[2017-3-28. : 2:51 am]
lil-Inferno -- ProjreC#t Euler, reC#t in C#
[2017-3-28. : 2:51 am]
Moose -- Projrekt Euler, rekt in whatever language you used IDC
[2017-3-28. : 2:50 am]
lil-Inferno -- Congratulations, the answer you gave to problem 85 is correct. You are the 18237th person to have solved this problem.
[2017-3-28. : 2:48 am]
jjf28 -- ok ok I got this :wob:
[2017-3-28. : 2:42 am]
jjf28 -- gross, I can do partial fractions easy enough, trying to relearn orthonormalization tho zzz https://youtu.be/P4vkWpp3Cmo
[2017-3-28. : 2:31 am]
jjf28 -- FaRTy1billion
FaRTy1billion shouted: oh, is partial fraction from calc 2? I remember that
yea pretty sure it's calc 2
[2017-3-28. : 2:30 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- hypervolumes are fun :wob:
[2017-3-28. : 2:29 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- jjf28
jjf28 shouted: what math are you in ne ways? :farty::wob:
my test was just on double and triple integrals
[2017-3-28. : 2:29 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- or is it something else
[2017-3-28. : 2:28 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- oh, is partial fraction from calc 2? I remember that
[2017-3-28. : 2:28 am]
jjf28 -- what math are you in ne ways? :farty::wob:
[2017-3-28. : 2:28 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I don't know what those are :wob:
[2017-3-28. : 2:25 am]
jjf28 -- like orthonormalization, or partial fraction expansion
[2017-3-28. : 2:22 am]
jjf28 -- that worked for me in many classes/portions of classes (calc I, lin alg I), but for others I just didn't memorize the process that easy
[2017-3-28. : 2:20 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- jjf28
jjf28 shouted: well if you're like me, you refer to the eq/alg/example many times when doing homework, then on the test you don't have that... and that's why studying is required both the day before and why I re-cram in the hall before the test
I'll use the examples or whatever to figure out the steps on the first ones, then once I know how to do it I do the rest and then just check answers to make sure I'm doing it right ;o
[2017-3-28. : 2:16 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I just do math while at work so I don't have to pay attention to what people are saying xD
[2017-3-28. : 2:15 am]
jjf28 -- I'm probably done with school (may go for graduate... we'll see) so I support that sentiment :)
[2017-3-28. : 2:15 am]
lil-Inferno -- tbh fam, school is a joke so who cares LMAO
[2017-3-28. : 2:12 am]
jjf28 -- well if you're like me, you refer to the eq/alg/example many times when doing homework, then on the test you don't have that... and that's why studying is required both the day before and why I re-cram in the hall before the test
[2017-3-28. : 2:10 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- it is closed note, but based on people talking about not sleeping and whatever because of cramming all night I'd say that doing shit like that is at fault
[2017-3-28. : 2:07 am]
jjf28 -- gotta cram all the eqs if it's closed-notes
[2017-3-28. : 2:03 am]
NudeRaider -- don't underestimate your genuis, :farty:
[2017-3-28. : 2:03 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- lol ez math test, idk why people always freak out about them while waiting in the hall before class
[2017-3-28. : 2:01 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- :wob:

lil-Inferno -- :rip:
[2017-3-28. : 1:45 am]
Moose -- Yeah, had to create a concatenated index in the sessions table ... much easier with a little traffic stop.
[2017-3-28. : 1:44 am]
jjf28 -- SEN down AT A TIME LIKE THIS?!?
[2017-3-28. : 1:44 am]

[2017-3-28. : 1:43 am]
Corbo -- :rip:
[2017-3-28. : 1:29 am]
Moose -- SEN getting a bopperoo for a couple minutes, BRB.
[2017-3-28. : 12:44 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Comments are silly because you can just save the triggers on a txt file with all the comments you need
[2017-3-28. : 12:42 am]
Lanthanide -- mostly comments
[2017-3-28. : 12:42 am]
Lanthanide -- IIRC I got to around 30,000 strings in DS Night and it's a fairly complex map
[2017-3-28. : 12:41 am]
Lanthanide -- unless you're actually hitting the string limit, I guess
[2017-3-28. : 12:41 am]
Lanthanide -- FaRTy1billion
FaRTy1billion shouted: lil-Inferno waste of strings
that's what tinymap is for
[2017-3-28. : 12:40 am]
Lanthanide -- oh you can? been such a long time since I did any mapping
[2017-3-28. : 12:40 am]
lil-Inferno -- Change it bacc to "Switch X" later when the name doesn't matter anymore imo
[2017-3-28. : 12:38 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- lil-Inferno
lil-Inferno shouted: You can rename switches tho
waste of strings
[2017-3-28. : 12:36 am]
lil-Inferno -- You can rename switches tho
[2017-3-28. : 12:35 am]
Lanthanide -- although there's utility in that if the DC is an unused unit, you can rename it to something meaningful, vs "switch x"
[2017-3-28. : 12:35 am]
Lanthanide -- Mini Moose 2707
Mini Moose 2707 shouted: Probably a DC tho
nah, I'd use a switch for this, because switches can only do binary, when DCs can do so much more. So use the most restrictive tool for when its restrictions don't matter to you, and keep the less restrictive tools available for use when you need them
[2017-3-28. : 12:28 am]
lil-Inferno -- prob ur mom
[2017-3-28. : 12:28 am]
Corbo -- Probably a marvel tho
[2017-3-28. : 12:26 am]
Pr0nogo -- Probably a DAD tho
[2017-3-28. : 12:20 am]
Moose -- Probably a DC tho
[2017-3-28. : 12:20 am]
Moose -- Which probably what it does when it "compiles" anyway
[2017-3-28. : 12:14 am]
Lanthanide -- Zoan
Zoan shouted: e.g. if you want a message "You are out of ammo" when gas == 0, it displays that just once whenever your gas is not 0 and then hits 0.
but you can already do that with switches anyway. Just make the conditions "gas == 0 AND switchx == true", then set the switch to false. lazy scrub
[2017-3-27. : 11:38 pm]
lil-Inferno -- probs replaced by non-buffer overflow equivalents lmao
[2017-3-27. : 11:36 pm]
lil-Inferno -- Praetor
Praetor shouted: euds are out boyz
w/e
[2017-3-27. : 11:26 pm]
Praetor -- if anyone reads korean and wants to do a better translation that'd be lit
[2017-3-27. : 11:26 pm]
Praetor -- i posted an interview excerpt in the topic
[2017-3-27. : 11:23 pm]
Moose -- From a security perspective (arbitrary code execution) and previous patches (ex. Blizzard vs Heinermann), I wouldn't be surprised if they gave them a big ol' boppity bop dubop.
[2017-3-27. : 11:22 pm]
Apos -- Are they really out, or do we just need to figure out the new values?
[2017-3-27. : 11:15 pm]
Moose -- w\e
