For "basic mom things" probably anything will do, just be sure that it's a reputable brand/manufacturer, has keyboard/whatever layouts how you want ... it's probably mostly just preferences[2017-5-19. : 11:53 pm] Swampfox -- https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834234161 something like that would probably be perfect[2017-5-19. : 11:48 pm] Swampfox -- honestly something like 4-8gb ram, and a 120gb ssd would be great. i dont think i would need anything more than 2 cores either[2017-5-19. : 11:47 pm] Dem0n -- tbh, all "budget" laptops are the same. It all just comes down to which manufacturer you like better.[2017-5-19. : 11:45 pm] Swampfox -- doesnt seem like a budget laptop that isnt complete shit is something that exists[2017-5-19. : 11:31 pm] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- what about like dropping something heavy on your foot?[2017-5-19. : 10:19 pm] Dem0n -- There is literally no worse feeling in life than having a completely empty board and picking a 0 box.[2017-5-19. : 6:10 pm] Ashamed -- https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=23667514[2017-5-19. : 5:17 pm] Vrael -- TiKelsTiKels shouted: @vrael funny thing happened the other day. Thanks[2017-5-19. : 2:28 pm] jjf28 -- or if your map has any waits/transmissions you could have a wait block which would cause errors[2017-5-19. : 2:26 pm] jjf28 -- your map could already be using those death counters or whatever and it may not work plug-and-play for you[2017-5-19. : 2:25 pm] Nib- -- yo jjf28 so do we just copy paste all these triggers and it should refund swarm's defiler ebergy?[2017-5-19. : 1:27 pm] jjf28 -- NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: Moogle google is jealous of our servers. But afaik you can give stanalone addons just fine--until someone lands next to it [2017-5-19. : 6:04 am] NudeRaider -- valid color. And for colors to be really distinct they'd need to have really weird values, which most them probably won't have. Example: Pure red = FF0000 (assuming 24 bit color) = ~16 Million. There's not many blocks of memory that are around this value. For RGB it gets even weirder: 00FF00 = 65280 (-y). Anything with that value or slightly below (y<20) creates a nice blue. And so does like the first 20 multiples of it (x*(65280-y)). There's just a huge color space now and you have to get pretty lucky to get a specific color.[2017-5-19. : 5:52 am] NudeRaider -- Suicidal InsanitySuicidal Insanity shouted: (I wonder why they killed off extended player colors now, I had asked about them back in January or so and never got a reply .... ) Mini Moose 2707Mini Moose 2707 shouted: Probably just general removal of buffer overflows and unsafe memory accesses. Actually I think it's because of how they went from palette based graphics to true color. Palette based you had only a couple of indices that meant something for the color. For the rest just weird shit happened. Now color is most likely coded in a RGB scheme, so whatever part of the memory it points to it's always some[2017-5-19. : 5:26 am] Moogle -- why is it everytime I go dl map off this site it says " The site ahead contains harmful programs "... |
