Futbol v1.1 <a target="_parent" href="

Gameplay will remain mostly the same, you control a zergling and you burrow to shoot and steal, and you have a shuttle to pass. There's still two types of shots, a regular scourge one and a power interceptor one.
New additions include:
-Out of bounds
-Throw ins, corner kicks, goal kicks, indirect and direct kicks, and penalty kicks
-Fouls,
yellow and red cards based on the ability to now attack and kill other players-Deflections off teammates' shots and passes
-Curve shots based on a new mineral meter toggling between 0 and 1, like the existing gas meter for the power shot.
-Goalkeeper is now able to leave the box and move anywhere a player can
-Shots in your own half now go to the vulture patrolling the outer half of the field and not the observer, so they are not automatically on goal.
-New post system where shots will bounce off the posts allowing for rebounds and another chance at a shot.
These additions will add more focus to team play in 2v2 and 3v3.

you can easily do out of bounds by using a trigger that checks if there is a ball within the playing field

How about a method where instead of actually hitting the ball, you just run into it and it kicks depending on what dictection you're hitting it at?
You could still burrow to kick it rather than tapping it though.

I actually tried a concept like that for this map and it worked pretty well:

However, it was a bit laggy with more than 1v1 which is why I made it a tournament, although I could probably do some things a bit differently so it wouldn't lag.
But I want to make Futbol v2 more like the original Futbol with the same basic gameplay just with added features.

Look here Dev, I got a concept on curved shots.
There are two random points blue and green circles, which are randomized via vulture movement. Randomization area is shown with white lines. The blue circle is the target point. When a player (red circle) hits the ball (orange circle), an object (yellow circle) is created at green point. The object starts moving in direction of the target point (cyan arrows), while the ball tracks to the object.
As a result a nice random curve of the ball (red curve line on the image).
EDIT: A generalized concept of curved shot between two arbitrary points on the field.
Designations are the same as at the previous image. The green point is randomly chosen in the ABC triangle.

I just made it so it follows the vulture and it works nicely.
I also added free kicks, direct and indirect depending on whether the foul was committed in the 18 box or not.
You commit a foul when you steal 3 times in one place without moving. This discourages spamming, especially when there's a lot of players and they tend to bunch up and start burrowing. I'm open to other suggestions for how to do fouls as well.

I think I'll also make it add one to the foul counter for a burrow that doesn't do anything since in a pileup everyone's just spamming burrow but not everyone gets a steal all the time, but they're still spamming.
