Hmm, I think you are right. Although, do they just go away with Fog of War? Because I know that cloaked Zerg buildings would appear on the Fog of War when they were invisible, but when you got vision to them they would disappear, have you tested this out?

It requires triggering, not simply placing units in the editor, triggers to cloak units are Disable, Wait 0, Enable, Wait 0, Enable, Order, the other ones require you to do tricks to get them to happen.

Or you could use starforge to disable them in the editor. Those are screenshots from the game. You can't see that in the editor.
