Real good job realizing that ion cannons don't have shadows, I wish I could do somethings with it. (I actually had planned to do some experimenting myself on cloaked things at the beginning of summer, but I am now travelling, which really kills any progress.)

If you can't click them, then all you need to do is put up any detector and remove the detector after you see the units and structured you disabled have an appearance of cloak.

Thanks tons, but for some reason when I try to make it all automated (IE, computers setup, players find it later) it crashes. Any thoughts?

For some reason, when I take the map and start adding more photons and shield batteries, it starts crashing on me. Any idea why?

Send me the map by via attachments, email or Battle Net. It should only crash depending specific units and structures such as the Pylon and the Arbiter.

Pylons, I have some of those in there, I assume they are needed for power but crash when disabled?

The Pylon is only there so it may work. Without it, any Protoss Structures (Except Nexus) that are not under the aura of a pylon will be disabled, unpowered and nonfunctional. So that leaves the triggers completely worthless but it never crashes. However, it has to be functional that are under the aura of a pylon before such triggers would work. That's it.
Pylons will crash if it is disabled to appear as a cloaked structure, no matter what.

Well, I think the fire of protoss buildings is a bit too white, so it doesn't look like Jungle water.

On lava, sure. On magma, no. But I'd rather have effects where you do not see a single shadow or a split second of a unit appearance. The best option will be a cloaked Wraith.
