I'm wanting to change the terrain tileset from badlands to jungle, using SCMDraft 2 (I know it messes thing up and I have to fix it by hand). After changing the tileset it won't allow me paint isometric terrain. Is there any way to solve this? If not, is there any way to save all my triggers, strings, etc. and load them into a fresh map?

Yeah, you'll need a fresh map, there's a tool that Clokr_ made that lets you pull things off of maps, I can't remember the name though.. Sorry.

Actually, use SCMdraft and then just cover the entire map with new isom, and it should work fine

Yep.
But using Uber@tion 2 (not 3!) you can copy whole layers into a new map.

After converting the tileset from Badlands to Jungle no isometric terrain can be painted at all. I tried painting over the whole map with the iso-brush using just water before changing the tileset and I still can't paint with iso-brush after changing the tileset. I'm guessing it's just a limitation of the editor.

It can be done but you have to save and reopen the map at the right stages. I cant really explain it, but i can do it myself, which i know is a lousy excuse, but thats all i can say.

Thanks, Uberation2 worked great, except... It won't save and load the unit property layer.
It saves the unit prop layer, but the option isn't there to choose to load it.
When saving just the unit prop layer it gives an error message when trying to load it.
Is this a known bug in the program or...?

Wasn't the CUWP (or similiar) section responsible for unit properties? (If not what is it then?)

Try copying the CUWP slots and the units.

You have a couple of things you can try:

1) Create a new map with the same tile set and map size, and transfer over the ISOM section into your new map. May not work because the ISOM equation is complicated and not very well known. Try copying the whole terrain section (TILE, MTXM, etc).

2) If this fails, try completely removing the ISOM section from the map and re-opening it with SCMDraft2. It sometimes does a pretty good job of making due with no section at all. Filling the whole map in with a filler terrain (such as dirt) and trying to use the isometric terrain sometimes can work as well.

Give both of these a try.

CUWP is the section that holds the data when you use the "create units with properties" trigger. It is not used for unit settings or for unit placement on the map.

'Player Settings' & 'CUWP Slots' are two different options. Copying both doesn't work.
I'll try that other program. Thanks for posting the download link!
I'll see about getting Uber@tion to work later, it's a great program!
CUWP appears to be % for HP, Energy, Shield, Resource, Hanger & Flags for Cloak, Burrow, In-Transit, Hallucinate & Invincible.
