File Description
SCMIE allows you to export different sections of one map and reimport them into another map. Most sections work although it was never finished. This is the version log:

The program might be very useful when a map gets corrupted somehow, because it doesn't read the data at all, so it won't crash. That way it can save the data that still works and import it into a new map (or overwrite the corrupted one).

It won't load/save unit/tech restrictions. I think that the rest works fine.
