As we head into colder, icier conditions employees are encouraged to be careful while on lunch breaks or before/after work when travelling on the asphalt behind the factory near the river. The added condensation makes the road a slip hazard. We have already lost one employee (known to others as Sacrieur) to these conditions, who suffered a fatal concussion after slipping on black ice. As this road is considered city property we are not responsible for maintenance. Expenses due to injury or fatalities are expected to be covered by employees - workman comp will not cover these injuries.
