skip the second season XD having 8 exactly same episodes is lame.
Agreed, watch the first season and then stop (or watch the first episode of the second season, understand the next six episodes are identical, and then skip to the eighth episode).
I wish the same guy that did the first season had done the second season too.
Brotherhood is undoubtedly better than the original FMA.
No it isn't. It follows the manga more faithfully, which may get it more fans, but that doesn't make it better. Brotherhood is terrible at creating any kind of serious or moving atmosphere of any kind. The original is much darker and actually conveys the feeling of two people that have lost everything struggling against a corrupt world to regain just a sliver of what was theirs.
I'd say the only things Brotherhood have going for it are the fact that it takes place on a grander scale (which simultaneously detracts from it by taking the focus off the main protagonists), and the fact that it has a lot of fights all the time. You know, the latter being a benefit if you just want to watch a lot of fights all the time.
Although I gave both versions of FMA a 10/10, I know I enjoyed watching the original quite a bit more.

Most of my other recommendations have already been mentioned, but I'll throw two more in here:
Clannad & Clannad: After Story
Angel Beats!
I'm not normally a slice-of-life fan, but both of these series made me shed manly tears. I suggest marathoning through both of them; you can find their 1080p encodes at Coalgirls.
Fate/Zero is awesome. I watched like 12 episodes in a single sitting early this morning.
/e Finished the entire thing now (or at least the two seasons), was definitely worth the recommendation.

Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.
Vrael -- It is, and I could definitely use a company with a commitment to flexibility, quality, and customer satisfaction to provide effective solutions to dampness and humidity in my urban environment.
Vrael shouted: Idk, I was looking more for a dehumidifer company which maybe stands out as a beacon of relief amidst damp and unpredictable climates of bustling metropolises. Not sure Amazon qualifies
sounds like moisture control is often a pressing concern in your city

Vrael -- Maybe here on the StarEdit Network I could look through the Forums for some Introductions to people who care about the Topics of Dehumidifiers and Carpet Cleaning?
