Still Napping

Mesk has to continuously beat them back with a stick. He's beyond the interests of mortal men.

Dude. You can't tell me that if you saw a guy stroll up atop a camel that you wouldn't be all up in his shit.

Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.

If I saw a ninja stroll up atop a camel I would probably have a heart attack.

Is renting a tux required, or can I wear a nice suit that I already own?

Win by luck, lose by skill.

This is pretty much the only time you can wear a baby blue tuxedo. Do not miss out on this opportunity.

my first prom was with an upper classman when I was a freshman. It was awkward as hell the entire time, because it was the first time I had been shown what grinding was so I hid most of the time in the bathroom. Afterprom was fun, because I knew other people there. A poll was taken beforehand by upperclassmen friends asking if I deserved better (he was kinda weird) and the poll was a resounding yes, even from people I didn't know. Daww. I found the picture from prom last week. fun fact: my date's younger brother introduced me SEN

Junior prom I went stag with a group of friends who were dating each other. It was really relaxed though, and the venue was a lot of fun. And since I was with a lot more people I knew I mingled. I nearly fell asleep on the way to after prom, but of course it was fun. fun fact: I professed my interest to a guy in the group a few weeks later. His response? "oh." We're cool now. Not friends, but you know.

Senior prom was my favorite. I took my bestest friend at the time - a guy who transferred schools half way through senior year. So the only way to get him in was for him to find a date, and since I was single we went together. The venue sucked, and we played let's-stay-away-from-my-weird-econ-teacher all night. It was pretty awesome. I got and still have a caricature of him and I from after prom. I want to frame it and hang it. fun fact: He was engaged to my sister at the time. Totally platonic. We're still friends, and I'm now in his grooms party in a few months, wherein he marries another woman. Who is awesome.

I gotta tell you about my afterprom, and I have to say I'd feel really bad for people who don't have them. Its hosted by parents - I don't know how they're chosen - in our school. The cafeteria has blackjack, poker, roulette...all of it. They give you fake money and you buy things with that money at the end of the night. Junior year I won a voucher for my senior pictures. In the gym they had sumo wrestling with those big fat suits and things like that, they had a lot of free food and soda for participants, in the theater was some sort of act (hypnotist or magician, that sort of thing), they paid for people that did massages and henna tattoos and caricatures. At the end of the night everyones' name was put into a hat and you had a chance to win neat prizes, like gift cards, or the big prize was $100. It lasted from midnight to 4AM. The idea of course was to wear everyone out so that they didn't go off and have sex or get drunk.

It was pretty sweet.

Shameless, Kame.

I won't talk about my prom, because it was a waste of time, for the most part.

What did I do?

I'm just illustrating the point that I had more fun going with friends than I did going with a date.

Not to mention Homecoming. Those were always weird, I always went stag or with a group of friends and it would be so frickin WEIRD when guys asked me to dance...which did happen sometimes.

Sorry...should I not be talking about relationship things?
