I'll likely be returning to HoN on Wednesday.
I was away for 4 days. Liver condition: stabilising.

Went back, played two games, realized the only thing I missed about HoN was the graphics, went to bed. That's how my night went.
HoN is now free to play.
If you bought an account you are officially a sucker. But they make it okay by calling you a 'Legacy' Account.
I assume it is free in so much that you need to pay to play. Or, you cannot play 24/7. Or some shit, make of this what you will:

15 hero pool, have to buy new champs, and most modes locked until you earn them. S2 is REALLY REALLY gonna anger some people, mostly lack of originality and the fact that everyone who did pay money still is getting screwed.

HoN is cheap entertainment; there has been several threads opened in the past that have calculated the price per hour of entertainment, and for any true player, it should be much less than $1 an hour.
cost / (Matches played * average match duration) = cost per time
