Thigh high affectionado

So after trying countless times with numerous people and search engines, my search for a new MMO to play has turned up empty.

So I ask you, the general population of SEN. I need:

- A Free MMORPG
- Must be 3d
- Must have a decent sized player base
- Most importantly, it must not suck in gereral.
- (Optional) Furries (This is more in the friends who are following me demands pile)

Help a brother out.

Ehhhhhhh... Runescape?

*Braces for impact*

I've played occasionally for 3 years. It's free with an option of membership ($5 a month).
It's one of those love-it-or-hate-it type of games.
It is a Java browser-based MMO that requires no download.

I played in the Runes of Magic beta and it really wasn't all that great. After extensively playing WoW, Runes of Magic is just a slow-play version of WoW. In PvP you got ganked before you even knew what happened or you owned someone before they knew what happened. PvE is repetitive as hell, almost all the quests are the same and even Vanilla WoW had more variety. The graphics are also sort of weird. They tried a realistic approach that doesn't consume a lot of system resources and ended up with this ugly feel throughout the whole game.

For being a free game, I'd say it's alright. But don't expect WoW quality or to play for a long time.

You'd probably get the best answer if you just asked in /v/ which I'm going to assume you didn't.

There's always Guild Wars  You have to buy the game itself, but it's free to play. It's pretty good, I've just never gotten into it as I don't know anyone else playing it.
Cabal Online has also been recommended by a friend of mine. I tried it briefly a few years ago, not really enough to tell whether it's good or not.

Wait for Guild Wars 2 to release.

Probably not exactly what you want, but some free MMOs I've enjoyed are Valkyrie Sky and Mabinogi.

The only free MMO I ever liked was Dungeon and dragons online. Most people I know didn't like it though. I only like games with a tremendous amount of customization and DDO is probably the best [free] one at that. Besides, I was already familiar with the DnD character system.

My friend asked me to play R.O.H.A.N. Feud Blood or some name like that. I started playing recently but I haven't got far.

Are you sure about that?

Atlantica Online and Requiem Bloodymare are 2 pretty good options actually.

Runescape. Can be boring at first and a lot of annoying noobs at f2p, and probably because of this people hate it.

I have completed all quests, after that I haven't played it much.
